H. Rebecca Chan is the principal member of the New York Lawfirm of H. Rebecca Chan, PLLC.  Rebecca has managed her firm for over 20 years, specializing in complex, cross-border immigration matters as they relate to corporate transfers from Asia and Europe to the US.  She maintains correspondent relationships with numerous immigration agencies around the world and is especially adept at issues involving Asian markets.  Prior to starting her lawfirm, she was an Associate at Mendes and Mount LLP in the area of Director and Officer liability.  Her office is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.  She is a graduate of NYU and received her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.
